Disputing Roaming Charge

Hi! I was recently in the US for work, turned off my main sim and added and eSim to be able to still use my phone. Just got my bill and I was charged data roaming for 1 day, for apparently using data for 1 minute at 9:00am (which is even stranger as I was either on a flight into San Francisco at that point or was in the airport, still with my personal Sim turned off).

Just went round in circles with the Koodo Assistant and trying to find a number to call - somehow wound up being redirected to Telus' web pages and then back to Koodo. Anyone know how I can flag this with Koodo?

Are you sure it was data and not talk or a sms accidently sent?

 

If it indeed was data used, how much data was used on that day according to your usage page in self serve?

No calls or SMSs that day - and no data listed on that day in either my phone or in the usage pages in self-serve 😕

We have looked into it and according to the usage details, we see an outgoing text message that triggered the roaming charge. We have also sent you a PM with more details, please check your community inbox  when you get the chance.
