Hi! I was recently in the US for work, turned off my main sim and added and eSim to be able to still use my phone. Just got my bill and I was charged data roaming for 1 day, for apparently using data for 1 minute at 9:00am (which is even stranger as I was either on a flight into San Francisco at that point or was in the airport, still with my personal Sim turned off).
Just went round in circles with the Koodo Assistant and trying to find a number to call - somehow wound up being redirected to Telus' web pages and then back to Koodo. Anyone know how I can flag this with Koodo?
