dispute roaming charges

I was charged US roaming charges while in southern BC (at the Red Ski hill), but never entered the US. Please reverse these charges.

Did you actually get charged? Did you receive your invoice yet? What date were you charged for?


yes the charge appears on my current bill as $16 of roaming charges from March 4

Let me flag a rep to look into it. In the future to avoid issue like this, when you travel near US border, please disable data roaming. Manually select Koodo in carrier settings can also help.

Hi ​@Sophia ,

We have reviewed all the numbers and could not locate any charge on any of the invoices. For March 4 there is no charge visible in your account for roaming.

Would you be so kind to access your detailed bills here http://koo.do/2teMhZk by selecting Download bill(PDF) and let us know if the charge still appears after you download the invoice.
