Dispute of Charges and Contract Termination

I recently received my bill for $489, which includes significant charges for international calls. Two months ago, I changed my plan at the CODU office based on the information provided by your staff, who told me that this plan included international calls. I was not made aware of any limits or additional charges, and I was not clearly informed about how these calls would be billed.

Due to this lack of communication and the insufficient explanation regarding my plan, I have lost confidence in your service and have decided to terminate my contract with. I request a full review of these charges and a correction of any errors

It is important to note that the Unlimited Long Distance Pack only allows you to make international calls within Canada to 27 eligible countries. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodos-pick-your-perk-plans

Did you add the Perk to your Self-Serve account? Can you confirm whether you made these calls while abroad? If you called outside of Canada, they are not included in your plan and the roaming charges are considered valid.

What do you mean by “adding the Perk”?  changed my plan, and it included international calls, but there was no clear information about the 27 countries covered.

I made these calls from Canada to my home country. I usually use WhatsApp for calls, but due to the lack of clear information, I used my plan for international calls. Unfortunately, I later found out that these calls were not covered as international calls.

Which country are you making the calls to? Are you able to log in to your Self-Serve account to check whether you have an add-on for international calling?

Can you provide a screenshot of your plan and a detailed list of charges on your bill? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

That explains why you were charged. Morocco is not one of the eligible countries under the Unlimited Long Distance Pack.

that’s obvious if not you will not find me here discussing these things 

so now what should I do go to person who change my plan without explaining this.
