Hi, I am new to koodo, And I just got my first bill. I have been charged $9 as data charges. I have 20gb data on my plan. Its says your bill cycle starts from 22nd march so whatever data you used between 16th march(activation date) till 21st march. You have been charged for the data. What does that mean, I subscribed to the plan and I cant use data until my bill cycle starts. I need help with this please.

Yes in my bill it says partial charges for data use between 16th march to 21st march. I started with koodo on 16th. So how do I know not to use the data until bill cycle generates. And if I started using koodo. I should be able to use my data from day one.

I am not able to post a screenshot unfortunately, it says moderators need to approve it.
however for data it doesnt show how much I used, it just says partial charges $9. For data usage between 16th march to 21st march.
+4If the charge says " partial charges" and it's $9 for 6days of service, then it make sense if you sign up for $45 plan.
The first bill always includes the partial charge and full month charge.
