I have two lines on my account, each with a different plan. I was told, in store, yesterday, that I will get $10 off each plan ($20 total) if I sign up for pre authorized payments. Now, looking a little closer online I am trying to determine if what I was told is true or if it will be $10 off the account bill?

Hi there,
If both the plans are eligible for the autopay discount then yes you will receive $10 off per line. So in this case, if you setup autopay, you will receive 2x$10 in credits off of the monthly bill, totalling $20 off.
