Didn't receive auto pay discount

Hi there,

I am on my second billing cycle and have not received my auto-pay discount.

That is auto pay by credit card (VISA).

You need to set up Auto Pay by bank account

If your plan is eligible and you’ve set up pre-authorized payments, the auto-pay discount should kick in by your second bill. But not all plans get the discount—older or starter plans aren’t included. 

Can you double-check that your plan is one of the eligible ones in Self Serve? Also, is your payment set up to pull directly from your bank, not just a credit card? Sometimes that matters for the discount.

Hi, 

This is our second bill cycle and it comes directly from my bank account 

 

The plan we selected was a 45.00 plan with a 10.00 discount.

Unfortunaely that screenshot does not confirm whether or not you have autopay setup with bank debit to get the discount. We need to confirm that’s the issue.
