Question

diapute roaming charges

Hello,

I need to dispute roaming charges on my latest bill as I have not travelled anywhere.

This has happened before and it’s frustrating as I have followed the guidelines to have my phone only connect to Koodo service and data roaming off.

thank you.

Hi there,

I'll flag a rep to assist. Just make sure you're logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they should be able to help out.

Have you considered switching to a CAN-US plan? If you travel to the US at all or live close to the border it would be worth the slightly extra cost as it would allow you to roam in the US for free. Might be worth a check, you can see these plans in self serve if you were to change it. 🙂

No problem! If you hit your profile in the top right, sign out of the community, and then go and try to login again, make sure to click the box in the image below.

You will then be prompted to login to the community using your koodo self serve credentials. If this is how you logged in already, then you're all good.

Hi @EMendum85

We have been able to check the details from our end and we have applied a credit to your bill, feel free to check in self serve when you get the chance (The PDF bill shows the original amount since the adjustment has been applied after the bill date, however the amount due is already updated).

For more info about how to prevent accidental roaming charges, please check out this article https://community.koodomobile.com/plans-services-232910/easy-roam-understanding-how-you-will-be-charged-while-traveling-7811296
