We're working on your order right now. After it's confirmed, we'll email you your Customer Service Agreement.
How long does it usually take to get the email?

Thanks for the reply. Since the promotion is ending today, I would still get the promo pricing correct? I had no idea this is a manual review and someone should approve it.
+4Yes, whatever you ordered at the time of submitting the order would be what you’re entitled to unless the order were to be cancelled.
Yes you would still be entitled to the promo if a rep reviews and approves it after the promo has expired
