Just want to know if they added a fee for using your credit card for your monthly bill (one time payments not pre-authorized) as every answer I’ve seen to this question is 8 months old. Would like to build my credit up.

No, there absolutely isn't. For your information, credit is built up by paying your bills on time with any method, not only your credit card 🙂
