I canceled my account on July 7, 2023 and I have a credit balance. What should I do to get Koodo to return that credit balance to me?

I'm assuming that you didnt have preauthorized payments? It should have been credited to the method of payment within days. Otherwise you get a cheque mailed to your posted address. This can take 30-60 days. There is more info here:

I'd give it a couple weeks to go to 60 days and if you still don't get anything, we can flag a rep np
