Hi i closed my koodo account and i have negative balance . As i already left country and need to refund my balance. The check you will send on address is no longer exist and koddo don’t call intternational number to resolve this issue

Hi there,
If you did not have pre-authorized payment setup, as you’re out of country and the account is closed, I suggest you speak with a rep through Koodo’s social media pages about finding an alternative way to receive the refund. You can find the correct profiles by clicking the Facebook or X (Twitter) logos at the bottom of this page.
They also will not send the cheque to an international address, so be prepared to have an alternative Canadian address to send it to. Note that any balance under $5 will not be refunded.
