How can i get rep to contact me by phone?

Hi there,

What is the issue that you're having? Maybe we can help you here. Besides people who are knowledgeable of Koodo there are also reps on this platform.

If you would still prefer a phone call, to contact a rep by phone you have to use Koodo assist and follow the prompts of the chat bot. There is not a direct number to call. This can be found in the link below.

To get a Koodo rep to contact you by phone, the recommended way is to use Koodo Assist via their website chat and request a callback through the chatbot prompts. This system schedules callback times with reps. 

No direct rep phone line is publicly provided for outgoing calls, so using Koodo Assist or scheduling a callback is the main path. If you can’t make or receive calls, or the chatbot fails, contacting via social media might help as a last resort.

I am not getting my auto deposit credits. I been with Kudos too long to remember now actually.   I got 2 phones my wife's and mine. My bill is fine its hers , Both phones are in my name. I have recommended kudos to a lot of my friends and family which some are customers. Not so much joy lately though!

I am not getting my auto deposit credits. I been with Kudos too long to remember now actually.   I got 2 phones my wife's and mine. My bill is fine its hers , Both phones are in my name. I have recommended kudos to a lot of my friends and family which some are customers. Not so much joy lately though!

Which plan are you on? is it eligible for a discount by setting by preauthorized payment. Did you use a normal bank account for it (not a credit card)? 

As well, when did you set it up? is it in current billing cycle?

Are you paying with your credit card? If you did not update your method of payment, you can still continue to make your pre-authorized payments with your credit card.
