I have been charged 2month of koodos bill without using any of those services and i havent received any sim yet. when i contacted store they said sim has been lost contact customer support. How do i connect with customer support???

You can request a call back via koodo assist to speak with a rep regarding your mailed sim that never arrived

If you already visited store, you can go back there with your ID and ask them to give you a new SIM. Koodo typically don't send out another SIM. It might be lost again.
