Hi; I have been trying to get a callback from the chat bot and it keeps redirecting me. I need to call customer service ASAP to discuss a suspended account.

 

The account is suspended but I have a working phone i can call from, the live chat just wont put me through without my phone number being active.

Do you still have your Koodo SIM card with you? You can dial #227 to speak with the billing department.

Hi, unfortuanetly i dont. I am with a different provider, will #227 work from this sim card?
