Why am i receiving emails for a 0.00 monthly bill when I have cancelled my plan and paid it off??

Hi there,
that is just an auto generated final bill indicating that you owe no more money to Koodo. This is likely because you cancelled the service part way through a billing cycle, so you would have received your final amount owing and then once your billing cycle came around your bill of $0 was auto generated if you had already paid any remaining balances.
If this is the first time you should not receive any other bills going forward. If you do, we can flag a rep on here to take a look, but the $0 bill you received should be the last.
