I have already paid my phone bill 4 this month and u guys r still saying I owe just over $62 this is not the first time this has happened 2 me. PLEASE GET UR ACT 2GETHER.

How did you pay Koodo? Is it via online banking or through their self-serve? If you paid through your bank, expect a few business days for the payment to show up.

As well, have you downloaded the PDF version of the latest bill and checked pages 3 and 4? The amount might be for the next cycle.
