Charged roaming by mistake

Hi there,

I was charged roaming by mistake today, March 16th. 

I haven't left the country or even my home area. Please reverse the easy roam fees.

Once you received your bill and the charge was there, then come back here to get support.

We can flag a rep to check your account then.

Typically the charges are reversible once on a generated bill. You can follow-up here when you get the bill, and we can flag a rep to confirm and assist. For future reference, the following article explains how to adjust phjone network settings that should prevent it from happening again. Note that a phone restart can revert the network changes:

Hi,

As you were just notified of the charge today you will need to wait until your bill comes out indicating the charge in order to dispute it. This is because a lot of these charges get screened out when you receive the bill.

If the bill comes out showing the charge, feel free to message here again and a rep can take a look. Going forward. I suggest you turn off roaming and adjusting your carrier selection settings from automatic to manual and then koodo. More info on this can be found below.
