The sales guy promised me a plan for $27/month. With two phones, it would be $50. Imagine my shock when I got my first bill for $266!!!!!

I will never go with this scammers and will be reporting them! They’ve charged me for 5 month’s worth before I can even make my first call! Ho Lee Schmidt!

Hi Ho Lee Schmidt.

Did you sign up with Koodo over the phone or at a kiosk?

When you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill, what are the line by line charges in the Mobile Services section (it should be around page 3)

I have no choice but to not pay it, and will stay with my existing plant because they won’t call me back. Those fuggers!

If you got 2 phones, then I assume you have 2 lines which means you would be charged twice.

It is a $50 plan.  I see  credit for 25% off for $12.50.  I assume these plans also have a $10 credit for setting up auto pay by bank.  This will reduce your cost to $27.50 plus tax for each line.

THe only extra here is the $80 connection fee for both lines ffor signing up over the phone.

Overall, this looks correct

You can choose to not pay it, but all that does is hurt your credit rating.

Is your complaint about the $80 connection fee or the missing Auto pay credit of $10?
