On my Nov 7, 2025 bill I was charged for roaming in the states while out at a local park on the water. the charge was issued on October 18, 2025 mid afternoon.
I live in Windsor Ontario which is a border town to the USA. There (USA) towers are often stronger then ours here in Canada but there was no need for roaming and I never left my city let alone country.
I would just like a credit towards my future bill. Thank you.

Hi @Brandondiciocco007
Unfortunately, the charge on October 18th is outside of the disputing period. Koodo gives 30 days period to dispute any charge that you do not agree with (in case of roaming, it may extend to 90 days in case the charges appear on the bill later). You can check the Service terms here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/service-terms
For more details about how to prevent the charges in the future, please check the link share by @Dennis above.
If you would like to dispute the charges further, please schedule a call back with the virtual assist.

To prevent this int he future, please change your network settings from Automatic to Manual and then select Koodo. Note that you may need to reapply this setting after a phone restart

@Dennis Unfortunately, since it’s been more than 90 days from the charge date, we're no longer able to access the detailed usage records needed to investigate charge. These records remain in the system for 90 days from the date the charge was incurred.
