Charged for roaming on my last bill but did not roam

has the charge been posted to your bill?

Were you in Canada the entire time or did you leave canada but did not use your phone?

Hi ​@ddcott, we have looked into the charge you mentioned, it was triggered by outgoing SMS while roaming, with no Canadian usage in the same time period. For more details, please check the usage section in your self serve.
