Charged for Roaming and did not leave Canada

My account was charged for roaming when I did not leave Canada. I would like a refund

When you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill, do you see the Easy Roaming charge on on page 3 under the Mobile Services section?

Let me flag a rep to help you out.

To avoid this from happening again, you can manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a cellular tower. You will need to do this every time you restart your phone. 

In the meantime, you may want to upvote this idea. If there are enough votes, Koodo may consider this option in the future.

To prevent this in the future, please change your network settings from Automatic to Manual and then select Koodo.  Note that you may need to reapply this setting change after a phone restart.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since it was triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.
