I have been charged for changing the rate plan. Please revert it or waive it.

Hi there,

Can you expand on the charges? Recently, others have experienced a rate plan rate increase that had appeared on the bill as a rate plan change charge, was this the cause? Or did you call in and have a rep change the plan for you?

The rate of the plan I was on was changed without any email communication and I called a rep who changed my plan to a lower rate plan. But then I was charged 15 CAD for rate plan change
