charged by Koodo after i switched to telus.

Hello.

 

i switched to Telus and am on the Global plan but have been charged by Koodo for using my phone in the US. 
I disagree with the $32 charge as I am on a Telus plan now. Why am I still getting billed from Koodo?

When did you switch to Tellus?

Did you port your number out?

If it has been less than 90 days since you have switched to Telus, you will still have access to your koodo self serve. 

When you login to self serve and download your PDF bill, when does it say the charges were for, was it before you switched? If that is the case, did you have a CAN/US plan with koodo when you used it in the USA?
