Once again I had to call to change to an "eligible" rate plan that did not allow on self service. I was told by the call back agent that they would NOT charge (waive) the erroneous $15 fee.

The fee was charged on my bill. Please reserve charges.

Why can we not change plans to less expensive plans on self service and have to call back? 

Let me flag a rep to look into the charge. 


Hi ​@tcrecampbell were you advised about the fee? The agent that helped change the plan left a note that he informed you about the fee and you wanted to proceed with the change, is that accurate? 


Hi, He informed me about the fee only when I asked but said he would waive it for this time. Then I said to proceed.
