Hi I got this Koodo phone card at last Sep, and the sale people told me the phone bill was 30 dollars per month plus tax, and the first month would charge me 50 dollars, but 20 dollars ( 50-30) will be return to my account and pay my rest bill fee. I have two years bill contract for this.

However, now I have paid totally four months, and the first month charged me 60.88 dollars (53.88 + tax ) and the next three months were 42.8 (37.88 + tax) respectively.

The charged money is different to the sale people saying, and how about the return money of my first money, and when can I get.

Can everyone help me?

Thank you.

Have you downloaded your PDF invoice to see a breakdown of those charges? You can also post a screenshot for us (personal information masked!) and we can help you out :)

As for the first month, this is always more because of proration, so you won’t be getting that back. See also https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration

Can you post page 3 or 4 of your detailed pdf ebill from self serve showing your plan, and the various charges?

This is mine, and I just check my contract again, it shows 35 dollars + tax, so the koodo charge me more 3 dollars per month.

what do you mean the probation, before my first month, I have paid 17 dollars for the rest day of last sep, and Last Oct, kood charges me 53.88 before tax, and then from last Nov to this Feb, kood charges me 37.88 before tax per month.

As Dennis mentioned can you share page 3 of your pdf ebill?

If it checks out that it’s incorrect we can flag a rep for you to adjust things

So the bill looks like you signup for a $60 plan with a $25 (after tax) credit.

Does this sound accurate?

If not what did the paperwork say when you signed up?

Yes you are right!!!!!

Ok from your 2 images I see the credit of $22.12 for the period of Oct.1-31 and also the same credit for the period of Jan.1-31. With HST, the $22.12 credit is $25.

So everything looks good on these 2 detailed pdf ebills
