My bill has increased by 5.00 this month, it looks like a monthly credit of 4.65 before taxes has been stopped. I am not sure why.

Hi @JoaCha, we can confirm it was indeed a promotion that was active when you opened your account last year, for $5 post tax off per month for 12 months. The credit has now expired, with the last instance of it appearing on your January bill.

Check pages 3-4 of your detailed PDF bill in Self Serve to see the exact breakdown of charges and credits. That’ll show you precisely what changed and why the $4.65 credit stopped.

If the bill details don’t explain it clearly, post a screenshot of those pages here (hide personal info) and the community can help you figure out what happened. Could be a promotion ending, plan change, or billing adjustment; the itemized bill will tell you.

What was the credit for?

Typically credits expire.  How long have you had the credit?

It is likely one of your credits expired, which is why you are now seeing a higher amount on your current bill. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/why-your-koodo-bill-may-be-higher-than-you-expected

It’s possible some credit expired, however, I’m not even sure what the credit was for.

When did the credit start?

12 months ago?  18 months ago?

So it’s been a year since I joined koodo, likely a promotion, just can’t remember what type of credit it was.
