Chamy daurged for data when my Sim card wasn't in my phone

I was in Australia for my daughters wedding and bought an Australian SIM card.  Was there 3 weeks but was charged for data, not even for the whole time I was there.  It basically used up all my data so I have now run out well before my billing date.  Can’t talk to anyone of course so I’ve had to buy more data as I need my phone.  How do I rectify this?

So your koodo sim was not in your phone?

What does your Usage say on self serve?

Can you post a screenshot of the error you see regarding data use?
