Went to Walmart in Saskatchewan to pick up a device after speaking with an agent on the phone said she would set me up with postpaid .Walmart couldn't find any record of the said account ,while the rep at Walmart was trying to help I spoke with another agent on the phone he said the account hadn't been created properly by previous agent and that he could do it ,I said I would agree to the contract if I was provided a device he said yes I could get a device on the contract but that I would have to go to Walmart in Naniamo B C  n that was the only way i could get the device I explained I was in Saskatoon Saskatchewan for a wedding and was unsure of when I would return to B C. . So I told him not to go ahead with order . I'm still in Saskatchewan, I still don't have a device or Sim card for the said contract but was finally able to access my email and frustratingly koodo has been billing me for the last 4 months for a product I never received nor used and did not authorize account activation that day .

When did this happen?

Why did you need to speak with an agent over the phone when you could have just signed up at walmart?

So you talked to another agent while walmart was trying to help you?  Why are you setting up another account/contract when you were at walmart and the walmart person could have set this up for you?  Putting an order in over the phone is similar to an online order so they will need to send you the sim / phone to your home address

Wait, have you been in SK for a wedding for 4 months?

Are you living in SK now?

I assume your home is in BC, if so did you check your mail or packages that might contain your phone or sim over the last 4 months?

You havent accessed your email in 4 months?

Are you able to login to your self serve account?  How do you know koodo has been charging you for 4 months?

4 months is a very long time.  It would have been the beginning of October.  Did you first call koodo in October?

 

This is why I highly do not recommend signing up over the phone.  Do it in store so you can have everything written down.  Or sign up online.
