cant get in touch with koodo rep. out of country

Hi, I got my new koodo sim, never used it as I had to visit back home and now I am.not in Canada, trying to get in touch koodo but chat only allows callback but not to international number. Please contact so I make payment arrangement.  Apparently I have some bill due.

So you didn't end up registering for a self serve account? Do you have the Sim card with you?

Get a TextNow temporary Canadian number and use that to setup a callback. It’s available for both iOS and Android. Hope it helps.

Get a TextNow temporary Canadian number and use that to setup a callback. It’s available for both iOS and Android. Hope it helps.

I did. But self serve cannot connect to rep. Only callback
