I am an international student and from last for months, I have been using koodo's unlimited international call plan but I did not knew that the plan is only for 6 countries and I got a bill for $444. I am unable to pay such a high amount of bill. I only earn $700 per month. I have to pay rent and manage other expenses. Please understand my situation and help me. I will be very grateful of koodo for assisting me. I promise, if I knew that I was getting charged for making calls in other country ,I would have never made a call.I cannot sleep at night due to this.

this is Koodo customer forum though. From your description, it seems there wasn’t a system issue but a misunderstanding of the feature. I would suggest you contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to look into your case. Hopefully they can help you.

We have checked and we can confirm there was no issue with the billing system.

You should be able to see in self serve under add ons the included countries and also on the service agreement https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-customer-service-agreements-csa (page 2)

In case you are unable to pay the full  amount, you can make a partial payment, and when the account becomes eligible for a payment arrangement, you can attempt a payment arrangement in self serve https://koo.do/PastDue or schedule a call back with the virtual assist https://koo.do/Chat to speak to our Payment department.
