Cannot cancel my home internet

I am trying to cancel my home internet since a week now. No one is answering me at all. I am leaving the country in couple of days and don’t know what to do.

 

Please urgently help me. I am calling this number (855) 350-1170 the whole day and no one is answering

Hello. Can I also get help canceling my subscription? I have been trying for days! And to make matters worse, today I got charged for the next month subscription. This is so exhausting, I need help please.
