Cancelling my Internet Subscription

I have been trying to get in contact with the customer service phone line about cancelling my internet subscription but the phone is never picked up. I spent forever on hold this morning and then finally convinced the AI to schedule me a callback only for it to re-route me to the same phone line anyway. Can anyone help me as I don’t know what else I can do?
