I had a prepaid service but you guys are charging me every month for the press month you are charging me $67 and I’m telling you guys to cancel my service but you’re still charging

Are you sure it is prepaid? If it is and it is on auto top up, Koodo will keep taking out the balance required every 30 days. This can be removed / turned off in self-serve. Do you have this turned on?

Once it is removed, the account is suspended once the 30 days is up and the top up is not made. Once the account is suspended, it closes after 90 days of no payment.

If you don’t turn it off or port the number to another company, you will just keep being charged like any other subscription.

Are you sure you have a prepaid plan?

I see $47 prepaid plan is the most expensive plan as of today.

Were you receiving a bill every month?  If so, you were on the monthly plan.

Then you need to contact them to cancel your plan.  Set up a call back to talk to a rep.
