canceling fee?

I only used koodo for maybe 2 or 3 days. Now im getting a bill $22.6

 

Cancelled: Pre-Auth Pay Disc.**$10.00

Cancelled: Mthly credit**$10.00

 

This is rediculous. 

I only used for TWO DAYS!!!!

We have looked into it and we see the charges are for the billing credis that were applied on the previous bill. Discounts, promos and bill credits are earned for a full billing cycle.

If the service is cancelled before the end of the billing cycle, then the bill credits that were applied for that billing cycle will be charged on the final bill.

We need a little more information. How and when did you cancel? What exactly does your invoice say?

How much usage did you have in the 2 days?

There is a time period where you can return the service for free. However, if you use more than 30 minutes of calling, 50 text messages, or 50 MB of data, you're responsible for the usage and will be billed for it upon cancelling.
