cancel refund

Hello,

I recently received a refund cheque from Koodo, but I have already left Canada and no longer have access to the physical cheque. I only received an image of it, which I understand cannot be deposited.

Could you please cancel the cheque and reissue the refund through another method, such as:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or  
- Refund to my original payment method, or  
- Reissuing the cheque to an overseas address if possible.

Please let me know what information you need from me to proceed.

Is there anyone who can mail you the cheque? If that’s not an option, I can flag a rep to see if it can be reissued by another method.

You can deposit a cheque images via online banking. Most Canadian bank allow that. You just need the photos front and back of the cheque.

Since the cheque has been issued, It will be complicated and might take weeks. Let me flag a rep to see if there is another way.

Hi ​@Hyein, unfortunately, if there is no pre-authorized payment method on the account, the refund can only be sent via cheque to the Canadian address on the account.
