Cancel my internet

I've called many time already and I keep getting disconnected after being in hold for 15 minutes. Please cancel my internet immediately.

as you have already attempted to cancel via calling Koodo’s internet cancellation team I will flag a rep on this platform to assist. They should be able to help out.

Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials. They will respond as I have, note that response times can vary. 🙂
