Cancel Home Internet Subscription

Unfortunately it looks like I am in the same boat as other users on here.

I’ve been trying to reach customer support to cancel my internet, but to no avail.


The activation came in about two weeks later than originally discussed. The modem also only uses a coaxial cable, which I don’t have set up in my house, so I am not able to use the service.

 

At this point I’d like to cancel the service before the 30 day refund runs out. It was a decent deal, but doesn’t look like it’s possible for me at this point.

Make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and the rep should be able to take a look and forward your details to their dedicated team. They will respond here as I have.

Did you still want to cancel or keep the service? From what we understand, the Internet team was able to schedule a technician visit to see if a coax line can be installed.

Well, I’m still looking at cancelling since I haven’t been contacted by anyone, so I’m not aware of any scheduled visit.
