Can't switch to E-Bill

Since I’ve had an account with Koodo, my bills have been coming in paper form and I want to switch to E-Bill and receive SMS/email notifications. However, when I try to set it up, this pops up on my screen and it’s been happening since November 2022. I come back for an hour and still this issue persists. If there’s anybody, ANYBODY that can help resolve this issue, that would be great! 🤗

You need to set up a call back to fix this issue.  Tell them that the system not allowed this change
