Can't pay the last bill as it is grayed out

I still need to pay my last bill, but “pay now” is grayed out. I guess this is because I canceled my phone number months ago, as I left Canada and am in a another country right now. 

How can I pay my last bill successfully? Thank you!

I assumed you cancelled your plan within 90 days?

What was the amount that showed up in your final bill? Was it a positive or negative number?

Yes! Still within 90 days. It’s the final bill and the number is in negative.

Negative is the amount owed to you. If you have pre-authorized payment setup, it should be credited to that in 3-5 business days. If not, a cheque will be sent in 30-60 business days:

Wow! I am definitely not expecting this. Thanks for telling me this!!  If I start a pre-authorized setup right now, Can I still make it? My previous address no longer works, and I am not in Canada right now.

it doesnt hurt, but likely setting pre-authorization right now is too late
