Can’t Contact Koodo Customer Service


My phone plan is deactivated due to losing hours at work and I can’t contact anyone at Koodo to ask for a 1-day extension before going to collections as I finally get paid the day my account goes to collections. I need an email address to contact a real person

As much as we want to help, we have limited access here on community when it comes to payment related inquiries.

If you are able to use a different phone number, we recommend scheduling a call back with the virtual assist and ask to speak with the Payment Support team, so they can look into it further.


I don’t have another phone to use for a callback

Even though your phone is suspended, are you able to call 227 with it?  This number should take you straight to the payment folks and continues to work when your line is suspended.

However it wont work if your line has been fully closed out.  Then you will need to follow the instructions Flo mentioned above.
