Can I upgrade with outstanding bill balance?

My phone stopped working today and I’m trying to assess my options. I only have $30 left on my tab which I’m fine to pay off but my current bill status that I’m making payments on is over $200 so I don’t know if it will prevent me from upgrading? I’ve tried to do it online and keep getting an error “Our systems aren't able to process your request at this time. Check back shortly”

I also want to be able to keep my current plan which is $55/month. Would the tab plus $27 monthly charge be applicable to add to that?

Yes you would need to pay both. It will make you do this during the checkout process.

As for your account balance, you’d only need to take care of a past due if you had one. If it’s just your latest bill that came to $200 then you should be okay.

Have you tried using a different device and/or browser and see if it’ll go through that way?

Even if you pay off the remaining Tab balance, you would still need to pay the remaining Tab Bonus balance left on your account before you can upgrade. I would suggest you to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and see if the rep can arrange something for you. https://Koo.do/Chat

Are they separate charges? My tab balance is $30 and bonus balance $33.

Okay thank you that does answer it. It’s a past due amount so maybe it’s preventing me from checking out
