Can I pay off my tab bonus?

You would need a rep to do it. I recommend you schedule a call back and ask them. However, Koodo doesn't typically allow you to change plan to a cheaper one in selfserve. When you contact Koodo, ask the rep if they can do it for you as well.

To add, note that if you have the rep change your plan, you will be subject to a $15 service fee.

If your tab and tab bonus are paid, then you're no longer in your 2yr commitment. You can request to have the bonus show up on your next bill. Once paid, and if your portion of the tab is paid, bring your own device plans will start to be present in self serve (cheaper plans).

Note that the tab subsidy/bonus amounts left over might not be cheaper than the difference in plan price point between the plan you have now and the plan you want. I’d take a look to see if it would even be worth it.
