Can anyone help me waive this "Equipment exchange fee"?

I have been having issues with RCS and my account and trying to troubleshoot with using different esims and devices with customer support but I was charged an extra $10 for “equipment exchange”.

Thanks in advance to anyone who knows what I can do.

Let me flag a rep to see about it since I see 5 such charges and 4 of them credited.

Those are likely eSIM fees during the troubleshooting process.

Edited: They charged you $10 but refund back -$10 credit  At the end, you only has to pay one eSIM

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the fee since this was due to a sim swap made as a part of the troubleshooting process. You should be able to see the updated amount due in self serve.
