Happy New Year to you All.  This is Paul McFarlane here. I'm having a hard time getting to talk to you about my monthly payment to u.  Plus I ordered the 3 TV STATIONS DISNEY AND PRIME AND NETFLIX to watch a couple of months ago. And still haveing hard time with it. I have apps. I had Netflix before and there asking me for money. Have you told them about my order? I also need help with the monthly payment.  I really need a call back from you tomorrow

The Confusion from ur Assistant is very bad. Please call me back. Ty Paul McFarlane. Billing has to be fixed.  And TV prom also need to be fixed.  Ty Paul McFarlane

A callback tomorrow will not happen as it is a statutory holiday.  You’d also need to schedule one through Koodo Assist. But perhaps we can help here.

What issues with billing have you had? Do you mean about stream plus but an existing netflix subscription still charging you? 

If you get the stream + package, you just need to go to into self-serve, to your subscriptions, and start through there to login and then thepayments from each service switched to Koodo as you regiter and login:

I’ve purchased Stream+. How can I start watching content?

To start watching your favourite movies and shows, first activate your Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime account in Self Serve. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Activate” link on the “Thank You” page immediately after you complete your purchase or click on the “Activate” link in the activation emails you receive after you complete your purchase. This will lead you to the Manage subscriptions section of Self Serve.

  2. After clicking the “Activate” button beside each service in Self Serve, you’ll be taken to each partner’s website to create new credentials or to link your existing accounts to Koodo.

 

I can understand calling netflix a TV station, but it is a streaming service instead of a TV channel/station.
