How do I schedule a call to explain unexpected charges on my bill?
You can use the automated assistant to schedule a call back. But it’s probably easier to just ask here. WHat unexpected charges did you have? Did you download your PDF invoice and check pages 3 and further to see what those charges were?
I have asked here (and uploaded invoices) and it was suggested that I schedule a callback to request that Koodo reverse charges for unexpected roaming incurred while in Mexico.
