Hello,

Last month, I never used roaming and I tried to inquire because I heard there was a history of roaming but I missed the day I paid because I couldn't connect. So I don't understand that there is an additional charge this month. I tried to ask many times and it didn't connect. Is there a solution?

We have looked into it and there were two outgoing text messages that triggered the roaming charge on the previous bill.
