Eh, how did you pay Koodo?, if you use your online banking account, it might take 2,3 bossiness day for the money to arrive in your account.

When you check your banking app of choice, does it show the money had been removed and paid to Koodo? Do you have auto-pay setup?

I paid manually via bank online, not auto setup
and it’s deducted already

Hi there @Luri From what we can verify, you made 2 payments in January. Currently, there is a credit amount left, from the 2’nd payment, that will affect your February invoice, when it is loaded.

I thought the first one didn’t reflect (Jan12)

so thats why your seeing the 2nd payment (Jan13)

and yes I saw the Feb05 invoice
So, shouldn’t I get a refund since I paid twice ?

Can you double‑check your balance in Self‑Serve? Is it showing a negative amount?
Also, I recommend downloading your latest PDF bill and reviewing pages 3 and 4. They should show the payment details.
Regarding the extra amount you paid, Koodo usually applies it as a credit toward your next bill. If you prefer a refund, you’ll need to contact them directly and schedule a callback. Just keep in mind that refunds can take a few weeks to arrive, so it may be easier to leave the credit on your account.

You don’t have to pay.

If it is negative, it means you overpaid Koodo. $42.23 can be used toward your next bill.
