How do you talk to a person about an issue. Have my acct on auto billing when cr card expired and no notificion fm koodoo. Months later and then was notified of overdue acct. Paid off immediately and changed card. They hit credit beaureu and was hit with neg 100 points. How do i talk to a koodoo person. Why no notification as I have been a customer for years with no issues ???

Once your pay off your late bill you will not longer get dinged for any new late payment reports to your credit.
However any past existing reports for late payments will remain
Hey Flo KooDoo, took your advice and got a Robot that did not help. This requires a person to get help. Why does a business make it so hard to talk ear to ear to solve an issue. I have been with you for years with no problems. With no resolution I think I should look at other options. BTW 611 never calls back. Tried numerous times
