Billing question, charge extra

Hi there, I set up auto - payment 6 month ago and every month payment was good, but this time charge me extra $5.25 for delay? Nothing change on my side, so can you please find why and return the money on next bill? Thanks

Thank you for reply, I downloaded PDF bill couple months , I found the reason is before my monthly charge is 29.95$, October bill is 34.95$, I should have a pre- authorization payment discount-5$, so now we are clear the bill, can you figure out for me and correct my bill ?

Did you use your credit card for preauthorized payment method? if that was the case, you wouldn’t receive any. To quality for the discount, you need a preauthorized payment using a normal banking account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments

Can you check what the charge was for? You can download you pdf invoice. Was it for late payment? My guess is it may be something else…

If you did not update your method of payment, you can still continue to make your pre-authorized payments with your credit card.

However, it should be noted that you would lose the $5 auto-pay discount, which was notified to all eligible customers back in September. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount

The $5 autopay discount has indeed been discontinued, as ​@MilkyWay mentioned, and this notice was posted on the September bill.

To start getting the discount again, you’d need to switch to pre-authorized bank payment. You can find more info about it in the link provided by ​@Dinh above.
