I wanted to transfer my number to Koodo, so i have bought a SIM card online on Jan 4.

On Jan 10 I received an e-mail saying my SIM card was on the way. I received a letter from Telus with a SIM on Jan 24, but they already billed me a month's usage plus additional data !!!

there is no way to call and talk to a rep about it.

filing complaint twice with no result!!

does anyone know a rep number that actually works???

For online orders, the billing starts once the sim is shipped to you.

but how could I activate the service, if I did not have a sim card yet?????

my card arrived on Jan 24!!! why am I billed for the period started Jan 11???

 


in addition to this, I  see additional charges from Jan 7 to Jan 10, which means from the date you sent me an e-mail, to the date you appointed as a beginning of billing, !!!

 

 


can i actually talk to someone???

The services get activated automatically once the sim is shipped, so you can use the services once you get the sim. 

Please check the inbox on your community profile at the top right, we have sent you a private message with more details.
