I wanted to transfer my number to Koodo, so i have bought a SIM card online on Jan 4.
On Jan 10 I received an e-mail saying my SIM card was on the way. I received a letter from Telus with a SIM on Jan 24, but they already billed me a month's usage plus additional data !!!
there is no way to call and talk to a rep about it.
filing complaint twice with no result!!
does anyone know a rep number that actually works???
